Estimates from deal items

Start an estimate from a deal and its items are copied across. Edit lines, discounts, notes and terms on the page. Totals and tax always come from Nexus, never from a calculator beside it.

Layouts with your brand

Estimates and invoices use your logo, colours and fonts from Settings, Brand. Pick a default layout, or design your own and style each block.

PDF and email

Every estimate has a PDF. Send it from your own connected mailbox with the PDF attached and a link to the online page. Once it is sent the estimate is numbered, and its PDF stays as it was sent.

Online acceptance and revisions

The customer opens the page with no sign-in and accepts by typing their name, or declines with a reason if they wish. Your team is told when it is first viewed, accepted or declined. If the job changes, revise a sent estimate and send the new one.

Invoices in full or in stages

Invoice the whole estimate, chosen lines, a deposit as a percentage or an amount, or the balance that is left. Payment terms default to 14 days and you can change them in Settings.

Reminders, credit notes and receipts

Send an invoice again, or send a reminder by hand when it is overdue. Issue a credit note when something changes. Every payment gets a receipt number, such as R-0001.
