This page is about your Nexus subscription: what you pay us to use Nexus. It is not about money your own customers pay you. That is covered at the end.

Free trial

You can try Nexus free. You do not need a card to start, and you can cancel any time.

Cancelling

Refunds

How to ask

Talk to us and tell us which workspace you mean and why you are asking. We reply by email.

Refunds to your customers

Your customers pay you, not us. Card payments go into your own Stripe account, so you make a refund to a customer in your own Stripe dashboard. Nexus then records it against the invoice for you.
