These terms are for using Nexus. They are a draft and will be reviewed before they take effect.

The service

Nexus is a CRM from Shining Technologies [confirm: legal entity]. It helps a small team keep contacts, deals, quotes and invoices together and take payment.

Accounts and workspaces

You create an account and a workspace for your business. Each workspace is separate from every other. You are responsible for what happens under your account and for the people you invite, and for keeping your sign-in details safe.

Free trial. No card needed. Cancel any time.

Your data and export

The customer data in your workspace is yours. We handle it on your behalf, as set out in our data processing terms.

You can export your contacts and companies to CSV at any time.

Payments

Card payments from your customers go into your own Stripe account, through Stripe Connect. Nexus takes no cut of them. Stripe's terms apply to those payments and to your Stripe account.

Availability

We work to keep Nexus running, but we do not promise it will always be available. [confirm: maintenance notice and any support commitments]

Termination
