Getting started
Is there a free trial?
Yes. You do not need a card to start, and you can cancel any time.
How long does setup take?
It depends on how much you bring with you, so we do not promise a time. Create a workspace and start adding contacts and deals. Connect Stripe and your mailbox when you are ready to take payments and send email.
Pricing
How much does Nexus cost?
One flat price per workspace. There are no feature tiers and no paid add-ons: every workspace gets all of Nexus. We are setting the price now. Ask us and we will email it to you.
Your data
Is my data separate from other businesses?
Yes. Each workspace is isolated, so your records stay in yours.
Can I take my data with me?
Yes. Export your contacts and companies to CSV whenever you like.
Who can see what?
Each person in your workspace has a role: Admin, Manager, Sales Rep or Read Only. Roles decide what they can see and change, and permissions are set per workspace. Read more about security.
Payments
Where do card payments go?
Into your own Stripe account, through Stripe Connect. Nexus does not hold your money.
Can customers pay by card on the invoice?
Yes. Once your Stripe account can take payments, the invoice page offers Pay by card and sends the customer to Stripe Checkout.
Can I record bank transfers?
Yes. Record a payment by hand and choose bank transfer, cash, cheque or another method.
Whose address do emails come from?
Your own connected mailbox, which can be Gmail, Microsoft 365 or SMTP.
Can I send newsletters or bulk campaigns?
No. Nexus sends one-to-one email to your contacts, from your team or from your automations. It has no campaigns or newsletters.
Are opt-outs respected?
Yes. A contact who has opted out of email, and anyone on the suppression list, is blocked from receiving it.
