Publish a form and embed it on your own site. Visitors do not need an account, and submissions arrive in a submissions inbox in Nexus.

A submission creates a contact at the lead stage, or fills in the empty details of the contact it matches by email or phone. The answers are attached as a note and the timeline records where the contact came from.

Switch on Create a deal and each submission also opens a deal in the pipeline and stage you choose, with an owner. Products picked on the form become the deal's items.

A quote request form can list your products and services for the visitor to pick. The price and quantity they saw are kept with the enquiry, so a later change to your catalogue never rewrites it.

Suspected spam is held in the submissions inbox for you to review and release, so it does not start your follow-up. A submitted form can also start an automation.
