Your own mailbox

Connect Google or Microsoft 365 by signing in, and Nexus asks only for permission to send email and to see your address. Any SMTP server works too, and is checked by logging in when you save it. Passwords are encrypted and never shown again.

A block email builder

Build emails from blocks such as headings, text, buttons, images and dividers, framed in your brand: logo, colours, fonts and footer from Settings, Brand.

Templates and merge fields

Save templates and fill in the customer's name, deal details and quote or invoice details with merge fields. New workspaces start with ready-made templates, including ones for invoices, reminders and receipts.

Opt-outs are respected

A contact's do-not-disturb setting and the suppression list block sending. Nobody gets email they asked not to receive.

Sent email on the timeline

Every email you send from a contact or deal appears on its timeline under your name. If a send fails, Nexus tells the person who sent it.

Documents go the same way

Estimates, invoices, reminders and receipts are sent through the same mailbox, with the PDF attached.
